Challenge
The Amazon Account Team at Intel needed to gain more time and mind-share with key AWS executives and customers to maximize the impact of their partnership. Intel sought out creative entertainment solutions to wrap around conferences and summits that would draw in this very important audience while providing an opportunity for organic & quality engagement.
Solution
In response to the need to strengthen the Intel and Amazon partnership, Forefront successfully produced exclusive events in New York City and Las Vegas following the AWS Summit and re:Invent conference respectively. Attendees included top Amazon & AWS personnel in addition to Intel stakeholders and other industry executives. The events were customized with flourishes and details that correlated with the host city and each included live music, experiential food & beverage, and tech integrations in a speakeasy space that helped foster growth and trust in a relaxed enjoyable environment.
