+ Revenue Manager

Forefront Networks produces large-scale public events, exclusive private events, and provides event services to corporate clients including sponsorship sales, activation design, event production, marketing programs, virtual events, and gifting solutions. Duties will involve direct responsibility for:

  • Process all billing requirements stated in contracts
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition
  • Ensure correct state sales tax
  • Apply cash receipts received directly to the bank account or via external payment method to client account and prepare any related journal entries (i.e., wire charges)
  • Review debit and credit memos
  • Process and resolve credit card chargebacks
  • Resolve invoice disputes and other billing inquiries from customers
  • Perform accounts receivable analytics and trends for month end and quarterly reporting

+ Guest Experience Program Manager

The Guest Experience Project Manager for Forefront Networks is responsible for the guest, staff, artist, volunteer and partner journey across events in the company portfolio including but not limited to Live In The Vineyard (LITV), Live In The Vineyard Goes Country (LITVGC) and Elevation 8080.

Primary responsibilities include the planning, managing and executing of guest, staff, artist, volunteer and partner accommodations including but not limited to booking hotels, flights and rental cars and managing registration, communications and on-site signage.

The Guest Experience Program Manager ensures the guest, staff, artists and partner experience is flawless, working closely with internal and external teams to execute the guest services plan against established strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals.

The Guest Experience Program Manager will spend their first year immersed in each program to gain a better understanding of what it takes to plan, manage and execute each program. The Guest Services Project Manager’s second year will be focused on improving and directing the programs.

The Guest Experience Program Manager must be detail oriented, thrive and shine under pressure, have exceptional written and verbal communications skills, be a self-starter and love logistics. This person must also have a passion for people and customer service.

The Guest Experience Program Manager will be a part of the Forefront Events Team and work closely with the Marketing, Entertainment, Corporate Partnership and Finance team to ensure all functions listed below are accomplished.

The Guest Experience Program Manager must be well-rounded, resourceful and a team player with a willingness and eagerness to take on other programs and projects within the company portfolio as needed.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Concerning guest experiences across events in the FFN portfolio, the Guest Experiences Program Manager will:

  • Map out the guest, staff, artist, volunteer and partner journey across events

  • Develop and ensure adherence to timelines

  • Understand and work within the budget set forth for guest experiences

Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Account Director to undertake account management responsibilities. Duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and guiding internal account support personnel. An effective Account Director has great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. Senior Account Director Duties and Responsibilities

Forefront Networks Production & Operations Manager

Forefront is looking for a passionate and experienced event production and operations manager to help plan and execute live and virtual events. This role requires excellent and detailed event-planning skills along with the ability to define project milestones and deadlines and coordinate with both internal teams and external contractors.

The ideal candidate can balance creativity with logistics, finance planning, and vendor management duties. They should excel at multitasking and balancing big picture concerns like permitting, power and infrastructure with details like signage and decor. This candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing resources and personnel to set the stage for large-scale and intimate VIP live and virtual events.

The Forefront Production & Operations Manager will work on various programs within the company events portfolio. For 2021, that includes Live In The Vineyard (LITV) and Live In The Vineyard Goes Country (LITVGC) in Napa Valley, California, Keep Austin Weird Day, the Austin Trail of Lights and potentially other events throughout the United States.

Specific Responsibilities

Developing the on-site experience and flow of each event:

  • Supporting the design, layout and plan for each event

Job Brief

We are looking for an Account Director to undertake account management responsibilities. Duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and guiding internal account support personnel. An effective Account Director has great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships.
