Austin Trail of Lights

As its signature event, Forefront Networks and 3Can Events together serve as the wrap around production, marketing and sponsorship sales for the Austin Trail of Lights – a 2-week community celebration over 15 days with an average of 25,000 nightly attendees and over 2.36 million since 2012. One of Austin, Texas’s top 3 largest events, the Trail of Lights is a distinctly Austin tradition that features more than 2.5 million lights, 66 lighted displays, 2 entertainment stages, a hospitality area serving over 10,800 guests attending over 50 private holiday parties and incorporates involvement from more than 100 brands and charitable foundations. Forefront Networks partnered with the Trail of Lights Foundation to create a public-private partnership to ensure the long-term privately funded viability of this formerly city-run event.

Austin Trail of Lights Fun Run

Under the Austin Trail of Lights umbrella, Forefront Networks has produced since 2013 the annual Austin Trail of Lights Fun Run, a 2.1 mile run through the Trail of Lights that attracts over 8,000 runners annually. Forefront Networks oversaw wraparound production, marketing and sponsorships for the Fun Run which also includes a VIP program, Finish Line Festival with an Expo, entertainment, food and beverages.

Austin Ice Cream Festival

In 2017 Forefront Networks and 3Can events oversaw wraparound production, marketing and sponsorships for the Austin Ice Cream Festival, a beloved Austin tradition that has been running for over a decade. Forefront Networks created a new vendor and sponsor program, consumer VIP program, and generated over 645 million media impressions.

HomeAway Activations at Austin City Limits

Forefront Networks created best in class activations for HomeAway at the Austin City Limits festival in 2016 & 2017. Activations include the HomeAway Stage Backstage Lounge, Austin Kiddie Limits Coloring House, and the HomeAway Upside Down House photo opportunity. Austin City Limits Festival is the largest and best known event of its kind in Austin, Texas and features more than 450,000 people over two weekends in October.
