+ Business Finance and Administration Manager

Forefront Networks produces large-scale public events, exclusive private events, and provides event services to corporate clients including sponsorship sales, activation design, event production, marketing programs, virtual events, and gifting solutions.

The goal of every Forefront employee is to ensure the company retains existing clients, expands its client base and increases customer satisfaction through successful projects while facilitating further growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and execution abilities to direct the back-office operations for this dynamic experiential agency. This role will oversee the general business finance and administration responsibilities and closely work with all departments. They will work directly for the Chief Financial Officer and support the executive staff, senior business executives and the rest of the company personnel.

Duties will involve direct responsibility for


  • Contract administration
  • Billings
  • Collections and Cash Management


  • Employee Administration (offers, onboarding, change of status, offboarding)
  • Payroll Administration and Processing
  • Time Administration and Reporting
  • Medical Insurance Administration


  • Contract Administration
  • Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Works with department managers to assign all expenses to the proper account numbers.
  • Invoice review and payment

General Support:

  • Banking Administration
  • Facilities Administration
  • Insurance and Risk Management Administration
  • IT Employee Administration

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years industry related experience
  • Direct experience required with managing stated job responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting)
  • Quickbooks On-Line experience required
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel required
  • Google office tools preferable
  • Knowledgeable of Office 365 tools preferable
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to take direction and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively seek solutions to problems
  • Self-motivated and commit to putting in extra effort while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people
  • Be flexible in handling change, able to juggle multiple demands, and adaptable to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
  • Possess the skills needed to perform your job well, paying close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
  • Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects
  • Ability to travel to various festivals and events and support the event team
